Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting a service request, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Website Usage
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, security, availability, or functionality. You agree not to misuse forms, content, booking tools, or other website features.
Service Requests
Submitting an enquiry, quote request, or service request does not automatically create a binding service agreement. A project becomes confirmed only when the applicable scope, pricing, scheduling, and other important terms have been accepted as required.
Service Agreements
Each job may be governed by a written agreement, estimate, proposal, work order, or other project documentation describing the scope of work, responsibilities, materials, timing, pricing, payment requirements, and applicable conditions.
Scope of Work
Services are limited to the work specifically described in the applicable agreement. Additional work, upgrades, repairs, replacements, or changes discovered during a project may require separate approval and additional charges.
User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, reasonable access to the property, relevant instructions, and prompt notice of known hazards, restrictions, structural concerns, or other conditions that may affect the work.
Property Access
You agree to provide safe and timely access to areas where services are scheduled. Delays caused by unavailable access, locked areas, unsafe conditions, pets, occupants, or other customer-controlled circumstances may affect scheduling and project completion.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. They may be subject to change if project requirements, materials, measurements, site conditions, or the requested scope changes.
Pricing and Payments
Quotes remain valid only for the period stated in the applicable estimate or agreement. Payment amounts, deposits, due dates, accepted payment methods, and other financial requirements will be described in the applicable project documentation.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply when approved changes, additional services, replacement materials, unforeseen conditions, emergency work, or customer-requested upgrades increase the original scope or cost of a project.
Changes to the Project
Requests to add, remove, or modify work should be communicated as early as possible. Changes may affect the project price, materials, scheduling, completion date, and availability of service professionals.
Materials and Products
Materials and products may be selected based on availability, suitability, specifications, and the agreed project requirements. If a selected product becomes unavailable, an appropriate alternative may be proposed where reasonably necessary.
Customer-Provided Materials
If customers provide materials, fixtures, equipment, or products for installation, responsibility for defects, incompatibility, missing components, manufacturer issues, or product performance may remain with the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Permits and Approvals
Certain projects may require permits, inspections, approvals, or compliance with applicable building, property, zoning, or safety requirements. Responsibility for obtaining required approvals will depend on the applicable project agreement and circumstances.
Scheduling
Start dates and completion estimates may depend on permits, inspections, material availability, weather, site conditions, staffing, subcontractors, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Schedule changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.
Delays
Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, hidden conditions, customer changes, access issues, regulatory requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances may extend the project schedule.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Charges may apply for work already completed, materials ordered, scheduled labor, special-order products, or other non-recoverable project costs where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Property Conditions
Existing structures, plumbing, electrical systems, foundations, walls, flooring, roofing, or other components may contain hidden or previously unknown conditions. Additional work may be necessary when such conditions are discovered during a project.
Safety Requirements
Customers must not request work that would create an unreasonable safety risk or require unlawful activity. Service may be delayed, suspended, or refused when property conditions are considered unsafe for workers, occupants, visitors, or others.
Warranty Disclaimer
Applicable workmanship and product warranty terms, if any, will be provided in writing. Warranty coverage may exclude normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, damage caused by others, or conditions outside the original scope of work.
Manufacturer Warranties
Products and equipment may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranty coverage is controlled by the applicable manufacturers terms and may require the customer to follow specific registration, maintenance, inspection, or claim procedures.
Third-Party Services
Certain projects may involve independent contractors, specialists, suppliers, manufacturers, inspectors, or other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms, warranties, schedules, and responsibilities.
Customer Property
Customers remain responsible for securing valuables, personal belongings, fragile items, and other property before service begins. Reasonable care will be taken during service, but customers should remove or protect items that could be damaged by dust, vibration, movement, tools, materials, or normal project activity.
Photography and Documentation
Where reasonably necessary for estimating, documenting, completing, or resolving a service matter, photographs or other project records may be created. Such records may be used for operational, quality-control, warranty, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Intellectual Property
Website text, graphics, photographs, designs, logos, layouts, documents, and other original materials made available through the website may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use such materials without appropriate authorization.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the website to submit false information, interfere with website operations, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse service requests, or engage in activity that violates applicable laws.
Website Content
Website information is provided for general informational purposes and may not describe every project condition, service limitation, material option, or applicable requirement. Project-specific terms are controlled by the applicable agreement or written documentation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a service or project will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Events Beyond Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility interruptions, supply disruptions, labor shortages, government actions, emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other extraordinary events.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate a project agreement for a material or serious breach after appropriate written notice and an opportunity to address the breach where required. Termination does not eliminate responsibility for completed work, approved changes, outstanding amounts, or materials already ordered.
Suspension of Services
Services may be suspended when payment obligations are not met, required access is unavailable, unsafe conditions exist, necessary approvals are missing, or continued work would violate applicable requirements or create unreasonable risk.
Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises regarding services, pricing, project conditions, warranties, or these terms, the parties should first make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through direct communication and review of the applicable project documentation.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where permitted by law, disputes will be handled by courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Texas.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services, website functionality, business practices, or applicable legal requirements. Updated terms will become effective when made available through the website unless otherwise required by law.
Entire Agreement
The applicable project agreement, approved estimate, work order, and these Terms and Conditions may collectively form the agreement governing a service. If there is a conflict, the specific written project agreement may control the particular matter addressed in that agreement.
Privacy
Information submitted through the website or during the service process is handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy. By using the website or requesting services, you acknowledge the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
Acceptance of Completed Work
Completion of a project or service may be confirmed through applicable project documentation, inspection, communication, payment, or other reasonable acknowledgment. Customers should promptly report concerns or apparent deficiencies so they can be reviewed and addressed where appropriate.
Customer Acknowledgment
By using the website, requesting services, approving a quote, scheduling work, or entering into a project agreement, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these terms and agree to comply with the applicable requirements and responsibilities.
